1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Neriah AI, including our mobile application, website at neriahai.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Neriah AI. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not share your account with others
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Neriah AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or offensive
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated bots or scrapers on the Service
- Misuse the AI features to generate harmful or misleading content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. AI Features & Disclaimer
Scripture Interpretation
Neriah AI uses artificial intelligence to provide Bible study insights, prayer guidance, and spiritual content. While we strive for biblical accuracy, AI-generated content should not replace personal study, pastoral guidance, or authoritative theological sources.
Not Professional Advice
Nothing in Neriah AI constitutes professional theological, counseling, medical, or legal advice. Content is provided for informational and devotional purposes only.
AI Accuracy
AI responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. We encourage you to verify important theological claims with trusted sources and church leadership.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Neriah AI offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed via RevenueCat.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
- We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in Neriah AI — prayers, journal entries, study notes, and fellowship posts. By posting content in Fellowship, you grant Neriah AI a limited license to display that content to other users as intended by the feature.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not share confidential personal information in public fellowship threads.
8. Intellectual Property
All aspects of the Neriah AI app — including its design, code, branding, and AI systems — are the intellectual property of Neriah AI and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Neriah AI at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neriah AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
