Delete specific data without deleting your account

You can ask us to delete selected account-linked data while keeping your Neriah AI account. For example, you may request deletion of prayers, journal entries, saved verses, AI chat history, profile images, or fellowship attachments.

Email us from the address associated with your account, list the data you want deleted, and include “Delete specific Neriah AI data” in the subject. We may need to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

Request data deletion

Data that is deleted

The deletion process removes your Neriah AI authentication record and user profile, plus account-linked content such as prayers, journal entries, saved verses and collections, reading plans, AI sessions and chat history, posts, invitations, and other user-created app records.

Uploaded profile images and account-linked fellowship attachments are deleted as part of the request. Some text shared in a fellowship may remain visible to other participants when required to preserve the conversation, but it will no longer be linked to an active account.

Data that may be retained

Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, and other payment providers may retain purchase and subscription records under their own policies. United Infotech LLC may retain limited security, fraud-prevention, tax, transaction, or legal records when required by law. Residual encrypted backups and logs are deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless a longer period is legally required.
